With over 10 years of experience in the field, I specialize in administrative legal services as well as legal services related to real estate and construction projects. I serve as the long-term legal counsel for government agencies and state-owned enterprises, including the People’s Government of Hunnan District in Shenyang City, the People’s Government of Dadong District in Shenyang City, and the People’s Government of Shenbei New Area in Shenyang City.
