Attorney Wang Chen has extensive experience in corporate bankruptcy reorganization, revival of distressed enterprises, debt restructuring, asset restructuring, equity investment, corporate governance, trust establishment, and legal services related to new-quality productivity. As the administrator, he led the reorganization of Zhongshun Auto Holding Co., Ltd., which was selected as one of the Top Ten Typical Bankruptcy Cases by courts nationwide. He has successfully managed several bankruptcy projects as an administrator, including the reorganization of enterprises designated for resolution and distress relief by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, as well as Liaoning Province’s first-ever reorganization of a mining enterprise—projects involving debt scales exceeding 10 billion yuan. Additionally, Attorney Wang Chen has provided legal services—including strategic investment introductions, equity acquisitions, stock swap transactions, development planning, venture capital, and preparation for IPOs—to numerous technology companies.
