Possesses legal service experience in projects including land development and remediation, special land acquisition, disposal and operation of state-owned assets, equity transactions, financial investments, real estate development, and construction. Has served as the long-term legal counsel for more than 40 government agencies, large state-owned enterprises, and public institutions.
In practice, we handle both litigation and non-litigation matters. Our litigation practice primarily includes administrative litigation, commercial litigation, and construction project litigation, while our non-litigation practice mainly covers private equity fund establishment, corporate bond issuance, management and disposal of state-owned assets, and equity transactions.
