Attorney Chen Linlin has been practicing law for over twenty years and has handled both litigation and non-litigation matters for nearly 50 foreign-invested enterprises and large domestic corporations. She is particularly adept at real estate law, construction project litigation, and financial and banking matters.
I have repeatedly participated in business negotiations and provided legal services for asset or corporate mergers and acquisitions and investments involving Hong Kong and Japanese investors in China. I have also represented the Shenyang Municipal Government in negotiations with MTR Corporation Limited and IBM China Ltd. on large-scale investment projects.
Attorney Chen Linlin is particularly adept at handling legal issues related to capital structure design for foreign-invested enterprises, as well as capital transactions such as corporate mergers, spin-offs, and equity transfers. She has participated multiple times in negotiations for client company acquisition projects, successfully facilitating collaborative partnerships. She has also flawlessly handled litigation involving corporate equity disputes, including shareholder disputes and litigation arising from wagering agreements.
Attorney Chen Linlin serves as the long-term legal counsel for numerous government agencies, state-owned enterprises, and major real estate companies, including the Shenyang Municipal Urban Management Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau, the Shenyang Municipal Landscape Greening and Urban Appearance & Sanitation Management Center, the Shenyang Branch of Huaxia Bank Co., Ltd., China Furniture City Co., Ltd., Shenyang Hua Xin Lianmei Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Airlines (Shenyang) Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (Greenhousen Group), and Huizhi Real Estate Group.
Meanwhile, lawyer Chen Linlin has consistently served as the head of the Tongfang Legislative Advisory Group.
