Gao Feng, male, born on August 14, 1961, of the Mongolian ethnicity, holds a university degree. He is the director of Liaoning Tongfang (Fuxin) Law Firm, an arbitrator at the Fuxin Arbitration Commission, and an associate professor of law at the School of Law of Liaoning University of Engineering and Technology. He passed the bar examination in 1988 and began practicing as a lawyer in May 1993. In 2005, he was recognized as an “Outstanding Lawyer” in Fuxin City, Liaoning Province. He served as an arbitrator at the Fuxin Arbitration Commission in 1997 and was named a “Gold Medal Arbitrator of Liaoning Province” in 2006.
