Attorney Yuan Xin graduated from the School of Law at East China University of Political Science and Law. In 2012, she passed the National Judicial Examination and obtained the Certificate of Legal Professional Qualification. Since beginning her practice in 2013, Attorney Yuan Xin has handled over a hundred civil and commercial litigation cases, including numerous significant and complex cases such as disputes over the transfer of land-use rights for construction purposes and real estate disputes, effectively safeguarding her clients’ rights and interests. In addition to providing litigation representation services to clients, Attorney Yuan Xin has served as legal counsel for state-owned and private enterprises, including Guodian Hefeng Wind Power Development Co., Ltd., Huitian Thermal Power Co., Ltd., and Liaoning Liaoneng Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd. She has drafted and revised corporate contracts and other legal documents, analyzed, answered, and addressed both existing and potential legal issues arising in clients’ management, proposed appropriate solutions, and helped reduce their legal risks.
Attorney Yuan Xin has many years of experience in international trade involving Russia. Thanks to Attorney Yuan Xin’s efforts, Liaoning Tongfang Law Firm established an office in Moscow, becoming the first law firm in Liaoning Province to set up a representative office in the Moscow region of Russia. Currently, Attorney Yuan Xin serves as legal counsel for several provincial international trading companies, including Liaoning Liyouer International Trade Co., Ltd. and Liaoning Rongxing International Trade Co., Ltd., providing legal services related to trade with Russia.
