Attorney Yang Dawei currently serves as a managing partner at Liaoning Tongfang Law Firm and as the secretary of the firm’s First Party Branch. Prior to joining Liaoning Tongfang Law Firm, Attorney Yang Dawei served as a judge in the Civil Adjudication Division of a grassroots People’s Court in Shenyang City. He was subsequently selected to join the Supervision and Judicial Committee of the Shenyang Municipal People’s Congress, where he was responsible for local legislation and coordinated the work of judicial organs in carrying out judicial oversight.
