Personal Profile
Attorney Wang Sicong graduated from Liaoning University with a master’s degree in Environmental and Resource Protection Law. Since beginning his practice in 2013, he has primarily focused on civil and commercial litigation, legal services related to environmental, resource, and energy law, legal services concerning construction projects and real estate, as well as administrative law and government legal services. In addition, he has handled a number of high-profile criminal cases.
In October 2025, Attorney Wang Sicong was appointed as a legal advisor by the Shenyang Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government. He currently serves as a legal advisor to numerous government agencies and public institutions, including the Liaoning Provincial Party School, the Communist Party Member Magazine, the Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, the Tieling Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, the Fuxin Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, the Shenyang Municipal Service Center for Ecological and Environmental Affairs, the Shenyang Research Institute of Environmental Science, the Liaoyang Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team for Ecological and Environmental Protection, the Shenyang Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology, and the Shenyang Museum of the September 18th Incident. At the same time, he provides specialized legal services to state-owned enterprises, listed companies controlled by such enterprises, and outstanding private enterprises, including Liaoning Tiefa Energy Co., Ltd., Shenyang Acrobatics and Performing Arts Group Co., Ltd., Hubei Zhongyou Youyi Environmental Protection Technology Group Co., Ltd., and Liaoning Xinhua Yang Weiye Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. During his practice, he has provided crucial legal support for both the rule-of-law development of the governments of Liaoning Province and Shenyang City and the maintenance of their business environments.
