I specialize in environmental and resource legal services, as well as corporate compliance and dispute resolution, covering administrative, civil, and civil-administrative cross-disciplinary cases. I possess a solid professional foundation and extensive practical experience.
In the area of ongoing legal advisory services, we have provided comprehensive legal services—including compliance reviews, legal consultations, legal vetting of enforcement cases, administrative litigation, and administrative reconsideration—to administrative agencies such as the Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, the Tieling Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, and the Liaoyang Municipal Comprehensive Administrative Enforcement Team for Ecological and Environmental Protection. These services ensure that major decisions and actions taken by administrative agencies, as well as their external and internal affairs, are accurate and lawful; that the procedures governing administrative actions throughout the entire process are legal and standardized; and that environmental enforcement efforts are carried out in a lawful and regulated manner.
At the same time, we provide support—including legal risk prevention and compliance guidance for research activities—to the Shenyang Institute of Environmental Sciences, the Shenyang Cultural and Museum Center (Shenyang Museum), the Shenyang Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology, and the Shenyang September 18th Historical Museum, thereby ensuring the smooth and orderly progress of these institutions’ work.
In the field of litigation representation, I have successfully handled numerous landmark civil and commercial dispute cases, including the dispute over the environmental technology service contract between the Shenyang Institute of Environmental Science and Youyixiu Technology (Shenyang) Co., Ltd.; the contract dispute between the Shenyang Institute of Environmental Science and the Shenyang Land Reserve Center; the private loan dispute between Zhang Mou and Shenyang Jialong Investment Guarantee Co., Ltd. and the third party, Shenyang Baiyun Suihang Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd.; and the labor dispute between Liu Moujie and Shenyang Taitu Technology Co., Ltd. I have provided support in mediation efforts and the formulation of litigation strategies, effectively safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of my clients and earning widespread recognition and trust from those I serve.
