Since 1998, Attorney Luo Dan has been practicing law and boasts extensive litigation and enforcement experience in areas including contracts, construction projects, real estate, corporate law, and financial assets. Attorney Luo Dan has served as legal counsel to the Liaoning Provincial Government and has provided legal advice to numerous well-known enterprises, including the Liaoning Branch of China Huaneng New Energy Co., Ltd. and all its subsidiaries, the Liaoning Branch of China National Tobacco Corporation, Liaoning Daily Media Group and its subsidiaries, Liaoning Weihua Group, all subsidiaries established in Shenyang by Hong Kong’s Nan Hua Group, China Great Wall Asset Management Company, Shenyang Linlong Technology Co., Ltd., and the Shenyang Branch of China Railway Express.
